This class from the Australian Meditation Society is very technical and detailed. It covers the basic where and when to meditate, as well as how to sit. The end includes a short meditation to introduce the techniques of focus and using the breath. Not religious in nature at all. One of over twenty classes. High quality audio, approximately 19 mins.

Meditation is an important part of any spiritual program, whether in recovery or not. Many find meditation extremely difficult. These guided meditations are meant to help make meditation easier.
