Zencast has posted a six-week mindfulness meditation course that I have included in the meditation section of Recovery Library. Mindfulness meditation has origins in Buddhism but is not religious in nature and can enhance the practice of anyone learning how to meditate. Each talk is about an hour and a half long and includes a 20-minute meditation in the middle of the talk.
